With all of the new condo communities going up in Uptown, Churchhill is definitely one of the older buildings. But if you were to let its 1982 construction date cause you to pass it by you would be missing a real value.

Located on the corner of W. 6th and Poplar Streets across the street from the Fourth Ward Park, residents of the Churchill are within walking distance of almost anything that Uptown has to offer.
