The Garrison at Graham condos are located at 715 North Graham Street in the  Fourth Ward.  This midrise is the newest building in 4th ward.  There are a total of 12 stories, 6 floors and 41 units in this complex.  Each unit has 2 stories with accounts for the 16 foot ceilings.  The units range from 1,100 to 2,862 square feet.  Most of the units have hardwood floors, granite countertops and Viking appliances.

One of the nicest features is the rooftop terrace.  The terrace has two Viking gas grills with two 12 person hot tubes.  The terrace also has two fire place, ice maker and a few palm trees to set the mood!
